IT operational services The acquisition will result in an agreement with an IT operations supplier who can operate and manage Eksfin's IT services. This involves an agreement both for the migration project and the ongoing operation. The agreements must cover the entire IT operations stack, including server operation, infrastructure, application management, database, network, security, service desk/user support and client management. Briefly summarized: • Migration of the server and application landscape to a new operating platform • Establishment of a service desk and user support solution with defined SLAs Implementation of monitoring and security solutions • Documentation of routines and processes for operation and management • Introduction of routines for lifecycle management of client equipment and software, including license management • Establishment of reporting model for SLA, performance, costs and incidents • Project implementation of migration/transition to new operating platform (plan, test, production setting, stabilization period, training)
