It is the object of this contract for the contracting of the necessary services for the maintenance of the electric generating sets (GE) of municipal ownership, the definition of actions for maintaining the level of service for which they were projected, the prevention of possible Breakdowns and the performance of repairs and actions in the facilities in accordance with the conditions specified in this document, in order to: • Preserve the safety of people (users) and assets of buildings and municipal equipment. • Ensure the normal operation of these facilities and prevent disturbances or effects on other facilities and services. • Contribute to the operational reliability of the emergency electrical energy supply systems. Of Form Explicit, the provision of the Maintenance Service of the Ge, will include: • Preventive Maintenance. • Corrective and Urgent Corrective Maintenance. • Other Works And Services Related To The Installations. It is considered included in the contract price All the tasks, materials, tools, equipment, software and machinery described in this specification and the means, studies or controls that are necessary for the proper execution of the service.
