It is necessary to renew the existing infrastructures and improve the safety conditions, functionality and urban integration of the Camí vell de Vila, in the section between Carrer Camp Bernat and Riberaigües, the Municipality of Encamp plans to carry out a project comprehensive repair of the road and replacement of the associated service networks. The current state of the road and the underground facilities makes it advisable to take global action to guarantee their correct operation in the medium and long term. - The renovation project includes the replacement and implementation of new service networks, with the formation of new collectors and waste water sanitation registration wells with a diameter of -250 mm, as well as the renewal of the drinking water network through ductile iron pipes DN 150. These actions will improve the reliability of the service, reduce breakdowns and adapt the facilities to current standards. -With regard to the urbanization of the road, the paving of the upper section of the road is planned, with the aim of improving the quality of the public space and its integration with the environment, as well as the forecast of the channeling and the execution of the bases necessary for the future installation of public lighting lanterns.
