IT Licensing Partnership Agreement 2026 The municipality of Simrishamn and Simrishamns Bostäder AB invite tenders regarding Licensing partners, through an agreement with a supplier who possesses both expertise and the necessary tools and acts as a reseller of licenses and renewal of maintenance of licenses. The procurement also includes options for consulting services and a SAM (Software Asset Management) service. The goal is to create a long-term contractual relationship with a partner who can undertake to create one together with the municipalities efficient license management. The intention is for the municipalities to simplify and improve their license management when acquiring new and supplemental purchases of licenses, renewal of service and support, and to ensure compliance with changes in their IT environment. Requested services can consist of installation, implementation, configuration, upgrading, training and customization of products. The municipality of Simrishamn has about 2, 000 users and about 1, 000 workplace computers on its administrative network.
