Products or services: Data services center The purpose of this Public Tender is to contract the provision and rental of technological infrastructure and computing equipment hosted in a national Datacenter, under a private cloud model, including complementary operation, support and connectivity services, for a period of 36 months, in order to guarantee the operational continuity, availability, resilience, security and scalability of the company's information systems. Superintendency, including those linked to the implementation and maintenance of the Pension Reform provided by Law NO21, 735, which creates a new Mixed Pension System and Social Security in the contributory pillar, improves the Pension Guaranteed Universal and establishes benefits and regulatory modifications that it indicates. The required service must enable a production environment in a national private cloud, located in a TIER III certified Datacenter, with minimum availability of 99.982%, and that it has the computing, storage, virtualization, connectivity, security and complementary services resources required to support the current and projected operation of the Superintendency. The successful bidder must provide dedicated or logically segregated computing infrastructure, corresponding to servers, storage and network components, whose capacity must be made available to the Superintendency under a lease modality, allowing the execution of Linux and Windows virtual machines, along with estimated capacity increases.
