Description : Subscription to an IT Helpdesk Software: 23 LICENSES
Objective:
As part of improving IT service management, the Management Information Service (MIS) uses a helpdesk software where users can submit requests and avail themselves of the services of MIS. It has the added benefit of monitoring performance through service level agreements (SLA).
Scope of Work/Deliverables:
The supply and delivery of the items listed below must adhere to the specified technical requirements, quantities, and the designated delivery schedule:
1. Helpdesk software license (must be compatible w/ the existing IPOPHL Helpdesk System): 23 licenses - 12 months upon activation
2. Warranty and Support: 1 lot - Throughout the duration of the subscription
