Description : BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) invites all qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply of IT hardware products, including any related services or products that will interface with BCIB's existing IT infrastructure. BCIB is seeking an IT hardware reseller that will provide the ongoing supply of a variety of IT hardware products for its corporate headquarters, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as any of its construction worksites, also located in British Columbia. This RFP covers all IT hardware, including, but not limited to the following twelve (12) product categories: 1. Computer systems; 2. Networking; 3. Servers; 4. Power and UPS; 5. Printers and scanners; 6. Data storage; 7. Displays; 8. Display devices; 9. Components; 10. Cables and adapters; 11. Computer accessories; and 12. Electronics Contract value: no maximum Term of the agreement: it is anticipated that the term of the Agreement will be for an initial three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to an additional two (2) year periods at BCIB's discretion, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
