The works are carried out according to the plans drawn up by the customer by. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The customer acquires the following subcontracts to the main contract: plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation contracts. The construction contractor also acts as the main executor of the object during the contract and of the site as a contractor responsible for management duties and site services. The contract tender is carried out using an open procedure. In the request for tenders, the customer has specified the eligibility/suitability conditions required of the tenderer.
