It goes around downtown Miskolc. circular ring - Green Circle Provision of planning and design management tasks for the project number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-MI1-2025-00006 "Development of a traffic ring around the center of Miskolc - Green Circle". within the framework of the project. The design within the framework of the task, the construction, water rights establishment, telecommunications and electric line rights license as well as the gas pipeline construction license are required. Within the framework of the water rights construction authorization procedure, the Designer is responsible for the traffic ring assessment of the water, waste water and storm water network affected during its construction, the planning and licensing of the necessary utility replacements and protection solutions, as well as urban storm water drainage solutions that enforce the principle of keeping water in place design. The purpose of the investment is to create a circular ring around the city center based on the principle of the 2+1 lane traffic system set out in the application documentation, the location-specific, technically sound design and specification of which is part of the task and which enables smooth traffic, reduces congestion, contributing to the quality development of the existing inland road network, the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, and the livable urban and settlement environment for the sake of the quality of life of the affected population.
