Sansia Oy tenders ICT expert services for the urban planning services of the city of Kuopio.
In procurement, a framework arrangement is formed. The contract period is planned to start at the end of 2022 and the period is fixed-term for approximately two (2) years, ending on December 31, 2024. The contract is mconditional to continue with the option period of two (2) years. (2 2)
The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas:
1. 3D modeling of street areas, zoning, construction projects (infrastructure and BIM models) to the extent that it is not included in conventional construction and infrastructure planning
2. Information technologysuitability studies of n solutions
3. Planning, guidance and documentation tasks at the general plan and site plan level of communication networks, as well as more detailed construction planning of key special objects (public buildings, central telecommunications facilities, data centers)
4. Smart city and local roadsplanning and development of platform solutions and data platform services
The offer can be submitted to one or more sub-areas.
The aim of the tender is to select the five (5) best value-for-money suppliers from the suppliers that meet the minimum requirements for each sub-area. If the offerdoes not receive enough or the offers have to be rejected, the number of suppliers to be selected may also be smaller.
