The subject of the procurement is the framework arrangement for IT expert services for the administrative sector of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, for which the administrative sector agencies that have signed up for the procurement each conclude their own framework agreements. The agencies participating in the procurement describe in the appendices below, in order to clarify the current state of their own technical environment for procurement targets. Procurement units can update the description of their technical environments during the framework period. The procurement concerns the procurement units (agencies) listed below. The object of the procurement is a framework arrangement with 6 areas: - Sub-area 1, Application development and maintenance: Procurement of expert resources for information systems development and/or maintenance services. Related to information platform and geospatial solutions expert resources. - Section 2, Cloud services: Expert resources for cloud services and resources related to their technical integrations and other technical tasks of cloud services. - Sub-area 3, Quality assurance: Development of information systems and/or maintenance unit, integration, system and acceptance testing. -Sub-area 4, IT-Expert services: Individual expert resources for expert tasks in the development and/or maintenance of information systems, including the technical environment expert resources related to development and maintenance.
