I.B. No. 2026-05-0008
1) The Capiz State University, through the GAA - 2026 Continuing intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos (6, 139, 472.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Note:
• Submission of documents is by lot. 1 original copy and 2 certified copies each lot.
2) The Capiz State University now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment of CAPSU Central Administration. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
