The contents and extent of the procurement
The framework agreement enables the call of individual assignments during the contract period, where each assignment is defined and agreed separately based on the needs of the business. The framework agreement is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the start date of the agreement.
Opentech is looking for consultants with documented and practically applied competence in one or more of the technology areas below. The expertise should be able to be translated into concrete assignments in close Collaboration with small and medium -sized companies or public sectors, often in the borderland between research, development and application.
The first call concerns a consulting effort within the framework of work package 4.1 "sprint-based digital mission", where companies receive support to formulate a digital assignment, develop an implementation plan and implement and implement a Proof of Concept.
The goal is a lasting digital transformation work within the participating company, with the help of technical support in the form of, for example, programming, set of exercise environments, data collection and data wash, AI model training and production implementation.
Opentech intends to sign agreements with several suppliers for the delivery of IT consulting services.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure access to IT consultants based on Opentech's needs.
