Lot n°1 - Strategy and management of major projects and programs Lot n°2 - Sourcing This contract is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts relating to fixed-price services in commitment to results in the field of IT and telecoms, relating to IT strategy consulting missions. These services cover in particular: - The definition of strategic visions and IT prospects; - Carrying out strategic, economic and sectoral analyses; - Rationalization of systems information and the definition of technological trajectories; - Identification of key issues and risk management; - The development of digital strategies and IT governance; - Support in establishing customer relationships and associated business knowledge. The terms and detailed scope of the services are specified in the consultation documents, in particular the specifications. Provide support for the strategic management of major projects, in combining prospective vision, adaptive governance and industrialization of processes, with key deliverables such as roadmaps, benchmarks, and change management plans. Support operational teams in the development, implementation and the industrialization of their sourcing strategy including the framing and updating of benchmarks, the skills acquisition strategy, the management of acquisitions, market management, etc.
