The Contract Includes, but is not limited to: Scheduled Preventive Maintenance of the Facilities. Corrective Maintenance Derived from Breakdowns or Incidents. The Execution of Improvement Work and Functional Adaptation of the Systems. The Technical Assistance Service, Both Telephone and In-Person, for the Resolution of Incidents. The Supply of Materials, Spare Parts and Expendable Elements Necessary for the Execution of the Work. Preparation of Documentation Technique and Reports Associated with the Actions Carried Out. The Purpose of the Contract is to Guarantee the Correct State of Conservation, Availability and Optimal Operation of the Facilities Subject of the Contract, Minimizing Breakdowns and Ensuring the Compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
