Short Description: The State Pension Fund (SPK) manages the mortgage loan scheme for members of SPK. Only SPK members and pensioners can apply for a mortgage until a contractual loan framework. Our loan products are loans for the purchase of housing, refinancing and loans to renovate our own home. Loans are only granted with mortgage security in their own home. With this procurement, this procurement wants to access a total solution for our mortgage loan scheme covering the three functional areas of loan application, application processing and management. The solution will be provided as a cloud service/Saas (Software-As-A-Service) .SPK has previously announced a market survey and conducted a dialogue with interested suppliers related to this procurement, see https://www.doffin.no/notice/netails/2021 -310417.SPK with this a guiding announcement sends out the basis for competition for consultation. The purpose of the announcement is to get input on key matters in the procurement. Competition will be announced at a later date.
