Scope of Work/Overview:Consultant shall review the Integrated Systems Testing (IST) 2023 Report (refer to GOC5180067) and provide comprehensive plan to address and rectify all noted deficiencies and recommendations.Consultant to provide complete professional engineering design (NMS specifications and drawings), coordination, and all required documentation. The Consultant shall engage and coordinate with the existing building vendors and BGIS stakeholders to obtain all information necessary to complete the design specifications and drawings. If vendor services are needed during design phase the consultant is responsible to hire and coordinate their services.Consultant to act as the IST coordinator for testing and provide IST test plan for all addressed deficiencies and recommendations and witness the testing per the CAN/ULC-S1001 Integrated Systems Testing Plan.A site visit is essential at the beginning of design phase to get acquainted with the project parameters and deficiencies.See APPENDIX D documents for full detailed scope.
