Scope of Work/Overview:Consultant to provide detailed design package including specifications and drawings along with class A cost estimates in a tabular format for the contractors to perform the necessary work to address issues listed in the IST report, therefore making the next IST test a pass. Design specifications and drawings will be based on option 2 of the approved BC2s. You may also refer to the deficiency reports from the 2023/24 IST testing. Consultant to hire any needed vendors, coordinate with AHJ or integrated vendors such as fire alarm vendors, mechanical HVAC, elevator, etc., during the design phase. A site visit is essential at the beginning of the design phase to get acquainted with the project parameters. See APPENDIX D documents for the full detailed scope.
