The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

EUR 2, 525, 000 Grant for Consultancy Services from SSF and SIF
EUR 674, 900 Additional TA Grant for Services
Rehabilitation of an Estimated 30 Km Road Section ("Balbay Batyr-Karakol"). The Section is Part of a 440 Km Long Issyk-Kul Lake Ring-Road Programme, Which is a Priority Project for the Kyrgyz Government and is Supported by a Number of Ifis, including Saudi Development Fund, Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Abu-Dhabi Fund for Development, Opec Fund for International Development and Islamic Development Bank. In Addition, Asian Development Bank is Requested to Finance the Karakol-Barskoon Section.
