ISO 9001:2015 TRIENNIAL CERTIFICATION
I. COVERAGE: The certification cost is broken down into Main Certification, and 2 Annual Surveillance. The certification covers two levels of review and approval of the Recommendation for Certification (in the first year) and Continued Certification (in the 2nd and 3rd year).
The certification is inclusive of A3-size and two letter-size ISO 9001 certificates with audit duration attributed to the audit duration, or the number of audit days required by IAF (International Accreditation Forum) MD5.
Add-on Services/Items:
• Regular updates on the relevant Management Systems Standards as they become available
• Soft copy of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate Logo, which contain your own unique Certificate Number. This logo may be affixed to your organization-s business cards, identification cards, letterheads, brochures, flyers and similar marketing materials.
