Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer:1. Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing uPVC materials will be allowed to bid this tender.2. Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.3. Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 03 (Three) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.4. The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/are: Production capacity of uPVC pipe of the tenderer-s factory must have minimum 300 (Three Hundred) meter per day. The purchaser may send representative to verify the technical and production ability of the manufacturer. The Tenderer will have to bear all cost of factory inspection5. The test of the sample of uPVC pipe and Fittings of technically & commercially responsive lowest bidder(s) for each lot will be done separately at the laboratory of recognized technical institution as per tender specification and terms-conditions. All costs including handling, carrying & testing will be borne by the supplier. The bidder must pay the test charges to BUET/KUET/MIST for each lot before testing. On test, if the sample fails to confirm the tender specification then the offer will be rejected. In that case if Executive Engineer, BADC desire, sample of 2nd lowest responsive bidder may send for BUET/KUET/MIST test and so on. The bidder must send the sample for BUET/KUET/MIST test within 7 (seven) days of the date of issuing instruction letter.6. The Inspection team will randomly select sample 03(Three) pcs uPVC pipe with 01(One) meter length, 01(one) nos T-joint, 01 (one) nos 90° bend & 01 (one) nos end cap for each lot for BUET/MIST test as per offered specification and terms condition of tender.
