Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of irregular service and repairs of selected cooling technologies, the management of emergency services 24/7 incl. starting time, carrying out regular and irregular revisions according to the manufacturer's instructions, legislation and needs the client, carrying out checks on the leakage of fluorinated greenhouse gases, replacement and supply of coolant, for a period of 4 years. The subject of performance will concern equipment - freezers, refrigerators, freezing and cooling boxes, freezing and cooling chambers, cold rooms for the dead, shock freezers and coolers - of the following manufacturers: Biobase, Bitzer, Electrolux, Frigera, JDK, Liebherr, Nordline, Rivacold, Silensys, Vestfrost. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance can be seen from Appendix No. 1 ZD - Price Table. The subject of the contract will be fulfilled on the basis of concluded service contract (hereinafter referred to as "draft contract". The draft contract is Annex No. 2 ZD. For the service services provided, it applies that they must include all items of the subject of performance, excluding consumables. The supplier in the draft contract for the provision of service services will state the fixed annual flat-rate price for service services without spare parts, without and incl. VAT - the price will include all service interventions, travel expenses, inspection, guarantee of commissioning of the equipment in the days according to the terms of the draft contract. Listed by the client the anticipated need for service services and controls for fluorinated greenhouse gas leaks is only indicative and in no way obligates the contracting authority to perform these services. Individual service services will be implemented on the basis of partial orders the contracting authority. Checks for leakage of fluorinated greenhouse gases will be carried out regularly.
