Tender Details

The public contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system that will be used to award contracts for the provision of irregular and occasional bus transport services, while the public contracting authority does not divide this dynamic purchasing system into categories.

The subject of individual contracts will be providede services of irregular bus transport for the needs of the public contracting authority. It will mainly be domestic, but also international transport. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract, its exact scope as well as other additional information will be provided in individual calls within the established DNS.

The estimated value of the DNS was set at €400, 000.00 without VAT.

The period of establishment of the DNS: from the establishment of the DNS until the estimated value is exhausted or until 31.05.2028, whichever occurs first.

Detailed specification of the subject of the contract, its exact scope as and other additional informationactions will be listed in individual calls within the established DNS. The goal of establishing a dynamic purchasing system is to enable the public contracting authority to flexibly enter contracts in accordance with the ZVO according to its current needs.
