THE OFFER MUST BE SUBMITTED SIGNED AND SEALED IN ORIGINAL IN THE NAME OF THE HONDURAS FIRE CORPORATION, ATTACH THE RTN AND FISCAL SOLVENCY OF THE COMPANY. THE SUPPLIER MUST ACCEPT EXEMPT PURCHASE ORDER AND DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH INVOICE AND RECEIPT.
