IRMAT AS Cloakroom extension For this procurement, IRMAT AS is the client. IRMAT AS needs larger wardrobes, and plans to build a new wardrobe extension to the administration building at the Goasholtmyra waste facility. The extension is on one floor and has a gross area of approx. 120 m2 and a usable area of approx. 110 m2. It contains an entrance, shoe wardrobe, men's wardrobe and women's wardrobe. Outdoor areas are affected by digging a trench to connect roof water to the existing sand capture foam. Outdoor areas returned to its original state at the end of the construction works. The procurement is carried out as a turnkey contract, with contact regulations according to NS8407. The turnkey contractor is responsible for all planning and execution after the conclusion of the contract. The project's floor plan and architectural expression shown on the tender drawings must be forwarded in full to the general contractor and the general contractor's architect. Start-up for the general contractor's engineering is planned for September 2026. Start-up on the construction site is planned until September 2026. Completion 15 December 2026. Goasholtmyra waste facility and existing administration building will be in operation during the construction period. Existing administration buildings are located close to the main access and weight of the waste facility. The construction process must be planned and carried out so that it does not cause obstacles or danger to the operation of the waste facility.
