An invitation is extended to the suitable service providers to submit a written quotation for the following:Investigate the existing (circa 1970 to 1980 desk type) Control Panel located in the main control room of the Clermont Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to identify the required operational controls and relocate all of the existing controls to the existing Programmable Logic Control (PLC). Upgrade the existing SCADA programming and visual controls allowing for the automation of the required operation controls, alarms and visual displays.An optional site briefing will be held at 10am 07 March 2024 at the Clermont Water Treatment Plant. Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Monday, 25 March 2024 AEST.All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via VendorPanel only. Please do not send tenders directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record. Thank you in anticipation of receipt of your written tender.
