Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates entering into a negotiated, Firm-fixed price type contract with IQVIA Government Solutions, Inc. of Fairfax, VA
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Public Health Scientific Services (OPHSS), Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology and Laboratory Services (CSELS), Epidemiology and Laboratory Services, Division of Health Informatics and Surveillance, needs to access the IQVIA platform, Syndicated Data Analytics. Under this contract to provide full access to IQVIA s E360 platform and tools including cohort description, PAW (Python Analytic Workbench), random electronic chart review, etc. Ambulatory EMRs and PharMetrics plus (commercial claims) data are hosted on the platform in both native and OMOP CDM format and available to users. Longitudinal cohorts can be also created using patient linked ID. Data can be downloaded for analysis outside the platform. This acquisition also provides a 3-month Pilot using ATLAS, a web-based, open-source software application developed by the OHDSI community to support the design and execution of observational analyses to generate real world evidence from patient level observational data.
The anticipated period of performance is 2 years from the effective date of award, base and option. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.
