The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of Thirteen (13) iPad 11 and Thirteen (13) Magic Keyboards. All items are to be shipped to SIGA Central Office location in Saskatoon, SK. Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided. 2. Supplier must be an Authorized Apple re-seller. 3. Vendors are required to state the colour of the Magic Keyboard being quoted. 4. All equipment must be new; refurbished, repackaged, or used equipment are not acceptable. 5. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date. 6. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission. 7. Substitutes are not allowed. 8. Bidders to include volume-pricing discount, as applicable. Additional volume pricing information can be provided as a bid attachment. 9. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote for cost and details for any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form. 10. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
