SUBSCRIPTION OF IP LOCATOR FOR FIELDNOTES LEDGER
I. OBJECTIVE
The project aims to use IP geolocation in Fieldnotes Ledger System, a daily time keeping system, to track the IP location of the employees who were assigned in the head and area offices. This will allow them to login and logout inside the SBC office network.
II. SCOPE OF WORK
The project calls for the subscription of IP GeoLocation API for FNL system. Upon subscription, the locator will be integrated into the FNL system for IP location.
III. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Annual subscription
Access to IP Geolocation API web-administration
Integration to Laravel system
300, 000 IP location credits per month
IV. PROJECT COST
The approved budget for the contract (ABC) is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP150, 000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes. The budget will be taken from ITG-s approved 2025 budget.
