The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) is planning to acquire an ERP system at the Home Hospital. The aim of the Home Hospital ERP system is to improve and enhance the smoothness and availability of the home hospital, customer safety and quality care, working alone employee safety and customer and job satisfaction. With an average of about one hundred employees, an average of 1, 200 customers are handled each month with about 8, 500 contacts. The largest customer and employee volumes are Oulu and Penalla in southern home hospital units.
