The Kymenlaakso welfare area aims to map the market situation and offer this request services in order for the actual tender to be made as appropriate as possible. The request for information does not oblige the Kymenlaakso welfare area to carry out the acquisition. This request for information applies to the SAP Successfactors used in the Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Module Support Services and Expert Work in Development Services. The Welfare Area of the Kymenlaakso currently has access to SAP Successfactor Training and Performance and Goals Modules. Getting, e.g. work related to further development, consulting, training, integration and interfaces, as well as other expert services related to the object of the agreement. The acquisition does not include SAP Successfactors - Licenses. Support Services use the Kymenlaakso Welfare Site SAP Successfactors main users. Support services must be in Finnish and are available on weekdays during office hours. The support service channel must be at least email, telephone and Teams meetings.
