Synopsis: The Leslie Beach Recreational Co-operative Ltd. and the Resort Village of Leslie Beach invite tenders for the legal survey of the parcels of land known as NW 7-33-11-W2 and SW 7-33-11-W2 into separately titled lots based on the information derived from the existing leases on each parcel of land to provide an “as is, where is” survey, as well as submission of the required applications, a utility declaration form and documentation to the Community Planning Branch of the Government of Saskatchewan for review and approval. The existing roadways, walkways, berm access and Leslie Beach Regional Park boundaries must be included in the survey, as well as designated Urban Municipal Reserve. Variance will be considered based on the placement of buildings upon the lots and excess of land adjacent to the surveyed lots. Upon completion of the survey each lessee will become the titled owners of the previously leased parcel of land. The tender will include final bid amount including a detailed breakdown of all costs including fees for the physical survey of the land, the costs for making application to the Community Planning Branch and the costs for developing a surveyor-s map and Transform Approval Certificates of the newly developed lots and any or all other costs associated with the survey.
