Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:(Where applicable).a) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.b) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.c) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.d) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).e) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.f) Unit wise sample (non brand items Sl. No.10, 12, 13, 13, 15, 16, 21, 24, 25) must be submitted along with offer and must be ensure that the sample should reach before opening the Tender. Successful Tenderer will have to submit working sample of all items for acceptance by BFCC before supply works”.g) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly.
