INVITATION TO TENDER (IAL) UNDP-HND-00583CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL WORKS DATA CENTER NATIONAL REGISTRY OF PERSONSThe United Nations Development Program (UNDP), promotes the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the rights human rights and gender equality, through technical assistance in order to achieve sustainable human development by closing gaps so that no one is left behind. As part of its programmatic framework, UNDP has signed with the National Registry of People (RNP), the RNP Institutional Strengthening Project called PROFIN, framed in the process of modernization and strengthening of the RNP as part of its Institutional Strategic Plan 2019-2023 (PEI). This Project Document contributes to SDGs 9 and 16 where the right to identity is the enabler of access to the rest of social rights such as health and education, and where technological innovation plays a very relevant role. As part of the implementation of said project, the contracting of the CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL WORKS DATA CENTER NATIONAL REGISTRY OF PERSONS is included, with the purpose of providing better service to the citizen, thus facilitating access to the procedures offered by the institution.
