Invitation to supplier dialogue - response center solution Fredrikstad municipality invites a supplier dialogue ahead of an upcoming acquisition of a response center solution. The dialogue is conducted as digital meetings via Microsoft Teams in week 34. BackgroundFredrikstad The municipality is the host municipality for an inter-municipal collaboration on response center services, which as of today includes 18 municipalities. As part of further development and modernization of the services, a new acquisition of a response center solution is planned. Before the acquisition wants the municipality to obtain insights from the market. It will be a prerequisite in a future procurement that a response center solution can be integrated with the most common patient record systems in Norway and that it is possible to integrate with the solution for providers of welfare technology solutions in the Norwegian market as well as a welfare technology hub in the Norwegian health network. The purpose of the supplier dialogue is to: gain an overview of available solutions in the market gain knowledge of functionality, architecture and integration opportunities Explore how the supplier market assesses future needs and trends within response center services Contribute to the best possible design of the competition basis The dialogue is not part of a competition, but preparatory work before any announcement.
