Invitation to submit an offer - Improvements to the filter press equipment at the Lives treatment plant - Direct negotiated procedure with prior publication
The aim of this contract is to improve the equipment annexed to the filter press of the Lives treatment plant. The improvements to be made are: -Switch from pre-liming with lime milk to post-liming with quicklime powder; -Installation of lime transport units in dense phase depthen the silo towards the microdosers; -Adaptation of the microdosers in gravimetric version; -Replacement of the high pressure washing pump for the filter press fabrics; -Installation of a tank and pump for preparing cleaning solutions for the filter press fabrics; -Improvement of the teamelectric and hydraulic power supply for the washing and de-beating robot; -Replacement of the storage and preparation unit for liquid dolomite by a unit working in the dry phase.
