Antiguo Cuscatln June 21, 2019 Invitation No. 2019 / 1082CONSULTORY "Final Evaluation of the Project" Support to the Electoral Cycle of El Salvador (2018-2019) "Deadline for receipt of offers: Before 10:00 am local time of day July 5, 2019. Objective: The evaluation of the Project "Support to the Electoral Cycle in El Salvador (2018-2019) hasas a purpose to evaluate the performance of the project to achieve the expected results, as well as its contribution to the effects and associated theories of change. This evaluation will contribute to the accountability of UNDP to its Executive Board, donors, national partners and beneficiaries, as well as to introduce the necessary improvements in future supports.Objective of the evaluation:Evaluate how and to what extent the project has contributed to the institutional strengthening of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and the celebration of the democratic electoral process in El Salvador. Directed to: University professional with Master's degree in social sciences, politics, economics, development cooperation or careers afi13. Desirable to have demonstrable training in gender / human rights issues or equivalent experience in applying the approach of at least two jobs. With demonstrable training in evaluation or research techniques or equivalent experience of at least two years. Have participated as a principal consultant. or team leader in at least 3 jobs relateds with the design or evaluation of projects in the area of governance. Prior experience with UNDP or other organizations of the United Nations System will be valued positively. Desirable to be familiar with electoral issues in contexts similar to El Salvador (at least one work done in this area will be taken into account).
