1) In view of two (2) failed biddings, the Caraga Regional Hospital (CRH) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders / suppliers in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Various Sutures in accordance with Section 35.1 of the IRR of R.A. 12009, the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
2) The CRH through the authorized appropriation under the General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to negotiate the total sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos (PHP 2, 749, 266.00) Approved Budget for the Contract.
