Description : In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay Government of La Paz, Cabatuan, invites PhilGeps registered supplier to participate in the negotiation for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETE PAVEMENT
1. The Barangay Government of La Paz, throug the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP172, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above mentioned procurement.
2. The Barangay Government of La Paz now invites bidders to submit and negotiate offered project on May 01-08, 2026 at 9:30 AM.
3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole prorietorship, partnerships or organization with at least sixty perent(60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations which grant similar rights or priveleges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
