Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND HELP DESK SUPPORT SERVICES OF FMIS

1. The Manila International Airport Authority (“MIAA”) intends to procure the SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND HELP DESK SUPPORT SERVICES OF FMIS for the Contract (ABC) of Pesos: Eight Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Nine and 60/100 (₱8, 492, 289.60).

2. The MIAA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the Software Maintenance and Help Desk Support Services of FMIS.

3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.1of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No.9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act", including Annex H thereof.
