1. The Municipality of Loboc through the Municipal Fund 2025 intends to procure PROCUREMENT OF SPECIALIZED DIVING EQUIPMENT FOR FLOOD AND WATER-RELATED DISASTER RESPONSE with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (PhP500, 740.00).
2. The Municipality of Loboc through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
