Description : Supply and Delivery of Goods-PPG Northern Samar (PPG-25-08 Meat Stall Package)
1. The DTI Regional Office 8 intends to procure for Supply and Delivery of Goods-PPG Northern Samar under Project Identification No. PPG-25-08 (Meat Stall Package), with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱180, 000.00).
2. The DTI-Regional Office 8, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. This negotiation is being undertaken pursuant to Section 53.1 (Two Failed Biddings) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, including Annex H thereof, following the declaration of a Second Failure of Bidding.
The BAC will engage in negotiations with a sufficient number of suppliers to ensure effective competition. The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline to the BAC and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required.
