Invitation to market dialogue: Väylänpido's environmental expert services MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of environmental expert services for lane maintenance, which is being prepared. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT STATUS AND BACKGROUND The object of the acquisition is Environmental expert services for railway maintenance related to supporting and developing the environmental work of the Railway Agency. The Finnish Railways Agency acquires environmental expert services related to fairway maintenance with the current Väylänpido environmental expert services 2024-2026 - framework agreement. The current framework agreement includes four areas: 1. Environmental expert services and reports 2. Environmental guidance work 3. Environmental statement service 4. Expert service for environmental studies A total of six are covered by the framework agreement reporter. The predicted value of part 1 of the contract is being met, which is why the need to tender a new framework contract has been identified. The purpose is to call for tenders that correspond in content to areas 1 and 2 of the current framework agreement framework agreement. At a later stage, the intention is to tender the framework contract corresponding to sub-area 4 before the contract expires. In addition, the environmental statement service, which mainly corresponds to the current sub-area 3, would be added at a later stage tender as a normal procurement, instead of a framework contract.
