Invitation to market dialogue Speech-to-Text integrated documentation support in the ambulance service
Vestre Viken HF wants a solution that captures speech and relevant information from the ambulance mission and fills in the record continuously while the staff examines and treats the patient. The solution should support the workflow, not replace the health personnel's professional assessments or documentation responsibility. The solution should reduce the time the personnel spend on documentation so that they have more time and attention to the patient. The journal must become more complete, precise and in accordance with laws, rules, guides and procedures. This also applies to medicines and times. The receiving hospital must receive updated preliminary information while the patient is still being treated. Patients who remain at the site must receive a short summary with advice adapted to the situation and the patient's own language, compare the Patient and User Rights Act § 3-5. We also expect lower cognitive load with less pressure on attention and memory, better job satisfaction, and better support for employees who experience written documentation as demanding.
