This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue. The procurement services of the city of Savonlinna are preparing the tender for the project management software for the construction and maintenance of the city of Savonlinna, and one of the preparatory stages is a market dialogue realization. With this request for information, the procurement unit surveys the market regarding the purchase of project management software and invites actors interested in the purchase to register for the market dialogue that will be carried out as part of the procurement preparation.
