Invitation to market dialogue: Maintenance and development of the state's traffic route planning system (VLS). MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the maintenance services and acquisition of further development. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The object of the procurement is the maintenance service and further development of the State Transport Route Planning System (VLS) of the Finnish Railways Agency, which was introduced in 2023. VLS is a system where the statutory requirements are carried out interaction of general, road and rail plans in accordance with the procedure of the Railway Act and the Act on the Transport System and Roads. Announcements and invitations are created and published in the system, and information is provided about them. The system is also distributed through plan materials to the parties concerned. The system is divided into two parts, a section open to citizens (www.vayliensuunnitti.fi) and a section for civil servants, where the aforementioned announcements and invitations are created.
