This notice is not a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a bidding process. The notification is intended to be given to the market in advance information about the future acquisition. The city of Helsinki is planning the implementation of Itäkeskus elementary school as a new replacement/renovation life cycle project (KVR contract). The school facilities are sized for 700 students. The school employs approx. 80 permanent teachers. There are 25-30 other employees, including lesson teachers. The school provides basic teaching in Finnish in grades 1-9, including special support groups and students.
