The goal of the market dialogue is e.g. form an up-to-date overall picture of the alternatives on the market and gather opinions from suppliers on the procurement for preparing the content, implementation model and contract terms. The procurement is initially aimed at the following software and related services: 1. HR system The HR system must support at least the following areas: - HR master data (management of organizational data, management of personal data, management of employment relationships and salary bases) - Competence management (competence management, competence profile, learning and renewal) - Training management (trainings and other opportunities) - Ongoing coaching discussion / development discussions - Salary discussion - Onboarding: orientation - Offboarding: termination of employment - Time management: vacations and absences - HR analytics and reporting 2.
