Tender Details

The Welfare Region of Lapland is considering tendering for the digital postal service procurement. We ask suppliers to familiarize themselves with the preliminary description of the service (attached). In principle, those suppliers whose service is fulfilled in the appendix are invited to the market dialogue preliminary requirements presented. The supplier must attach to his registration a description in Finnish of the service he offers and the information requested in the attachment. Based on the descriptions, we select suppliers for market dialogue. The customer decides implementation method of the market dialogue later. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants in the market dialogue. Lapland's welfare area asks willing potential providers to participate in the dialogue. Interested participants can register to the dialogue by notifying by e-mail [email protected] and [email protected] by April 12, 2026. Any questions regarding the request for information can be sent to the addresses mentioned above. Participating in market dialogue or non-participation does not in any way affect the bidder's position in a possible future tender. The market dialogue is conducted in Finnish. All discussions presented in the market dialogue and held during it are preliminary and non-binding Lapland's welfare area.
