Holbaek Municipality invites to market dialogue regarding An upcoming offer on the transport of food from the Central Kitchen in Holbaek to all nursing homes and daycare centers in the municipality.

We want with this dialogue to gain a broader insight into what the market can currently deliver in relation to the transport of food items, including with requirementsFor the use of fossil -free vehicles and with the requirement that the cooling chain must not be broken and that the temperature of the foods must comply with applicable legal requirements, upon receipt.

For use in the market dialogue, we have prepared a questionnaire that the registered companies will be sent in advancefor the meeting. This is to ensure that the companies we need to talk to can prepare well at the meeting and know about the overall needs and requirements for our future supplier.

The meetings are held individually with the suppliers and we have set aside an hour for each meeting.or virtually via teams. We hold market dialogues in weeks 25 and 26.
